Participant Acknowledgment.

By choosing to participate in the residency, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that travel and residency activities may involve inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, loss of property, delays, or unexpected events. These risks may arise during workshops, excursions, meals, free time, travel, and activities.
• You voluntarily take full responsibility for your own well-being, health, and safety throughout the residency, including any activities you choose to participate in, whether organised by us or arranged independently.
• You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and are responsible for managing your own health, medical needs, and limitations.
• You understand that we do not provide medical, travel, accident, or personal liability insurance, and you are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for your trip.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Casa Colectiva and our team are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or incident that may occur during or in connection with the residency, including those involving third-party providers, other participants, animals, transportation, or local conditions.
• You agree to release and hold harmless the residency organisers and team from any claims or disputes arising from your participation.

This acknowledgment helps ensure that everyone joins the retreat with clarity, mutual respect, and personal responsibility, allowing us to focus on creating a beautiful shared experience.
